Hardy & Harper began over 60 years ago as a small asphalt patch and repair company. Through the years and generations, we have become experts at working with asphalt, both on a large and small scale. We offer a multitude of services relating to asphalt paving, such as asphalt R&R (removal and replacement), new grade and paves, skin patching, overlays, and much more.
